Only your 20% non-refundable retainer has been processed.
20% RAINCHECK CREDIT
We hold your retainer as a credit valid for 1 year. No further balance is charged.
Late-Stage Cancellation
Within 48 Hours, up to 7:00 AM day-of
Your full balance has been processed
80% REFUND + 20% RAINCHECK CREDIT
We refund the 80% balance immediately. The 20% retainer is saved as a credit for 1 year
Post Delivery
After 7:00 am or once the inflatable is delivered
FINAL SALE/NO REFUND
Due to logistics and setup costs, we cannot offer refunds or credits once the magic has been delivered.
