Got questions about power, weather, or delivery times? We’ve got answers so you can book with complete peace of mind.
1. Where do you deliver? We deliver directly to residential homes and event venues across Montgomery County, MD. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
2. How hard is setup? Do I need special equipment? Setup takes under two minutes! Our Ploufes™ sculptures plug right into any standard 120V household wall outlet and inflate instantly with an internal blower. No heavy lifting, tools, or technical skills required.
3. What about the balloons? Balloon packs included in our packages arrive uninflated, complete with a fast double-action hand pump. This lets you blow them up quickly and scatter or cluster them exactly where you want them in your party space!
4. What if it rains or we’re hosting outdoors? Ploufes™ and powered speech bubble displays can be set up in indoor living rooms, playrooms, covered porches, or dry grassy yards. Because they require electricity, they must be kept out of rain, standing mud, or direct moisture. If rain is forecasted, simply set up indoors or under a fully covered shelter!
5. What do we keep vs. return? All rental items—including the Ploufe™ sculptures, wooden display stands, and Giant Bubble Station equipment—are picked up at the end of the day. All personalized posters, hand-painted kraft paper wall banners, and uninflated balloon packs are yours to keep forever as sweet party memories!
6. How far in advance should I book? Because our character inventory is intentionally limited to preserve quality, dates book up fast—especially on spring, summer, and back-to-school weekends. We recommend reserving your date as soon as your party plan is set!
