Rental frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing the magic home!
THE BASICS
Unlike traditional commercial rentals made of heavy, shiny PVC vinyl, our pieces are officially classified as textile articles. They are crafted from high-grade, 100% woven polyester fabric. This gives them an elegant, matte "storybook" finish that looks sophisticated in professional photography and high-end venues.
No. Our inflatables are decorative centerpieces and backdrops, not play structures. They do not have the reinforced floors or safety netting required for jumping. To keep your guests safe and our textiles pristine, climbing, sitting, or jumping on the units is strictly prohibited.
No. Our inflatables are elegant, professional-grade decorative art pieces. They are designed to be the "wow factor" of your decor—perfect for photos and backdrops—but they are not built for jumping, climbing, or playing.
To keep your costs down and your schedule flexible, we are a Delivery-Only service. We drop off the "magic in a bag" at your front porch (Montgomery County, MD), and you handle the 5-minute inflation. It’s as easy as plugging in a lamp!
Absolutely! Our inflatables are designed to complement balloon artistry, not replace it. They provide a sturdy, stunning structure for your balloons to wrap around.
Yes! To keep our custom vinyl pristine and "spa-fresh," please keep Silly String, confetti, glitter, face paint, slime, and sharp jewelry away from the unit. These items cause permanent damage that can result in replacement fees.
Your safety is our priority! If winds reach 15mph or if it begins to rain, please unplug the blower and move it to a dry area immediately. This protects the equipment and your guests. Please note that no refunds are given for weather interruptions once the item has been delivered.

POWER & PLACEMENT
Yes. Like any professional inflatable, the blower must remain on to stay inflated. If you unplug it, the "magic" will take a nap (deflate) until you turn it back on.
Flat surfaces are best: grass, turf, pavement, or carpet. Do not up on rocks, gravel, or thorny patches, as these can pierce or damage our custom oxford material.
You will need a power source within 50 feet of the inflatable. If you are celebrating at a park, you will likely need to bring a generator or a battery!
Yes! The blower is the "heartbeat" of the inflatable. If you unplug it, the unit will deflate. Make sure your power source is dedicated to the blower so you don't trip a circuit breaker in the middle of the fun!

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
When you book, you pay a 20% retainer. This is non-refundable but it is not "lost." If you need to cancel, that money stays in your personal Raincheck Fund for one full year to be used for your next celebration!
The remaining 80% is due 48 hours before your event. This allows our team to finalize delivery routes and get your pieces "spa-ready" for their debut.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
No problem! We prioritize personal handoffs, but if you're out running party errands, we will leave the gear in a secure spot, take a photo for your peace of mind, and text you as soon as it's delivered.
Same day pickups happen the evening after your event between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Simply deflate the unit, tuck it and the blower back into the bag (check the internal Packing Slip!), and leave it in the same spot we dropped it off. We’ll take care of the rest!
Normal "party dust" is fine! However, items like Silly String, confetti, glitter, or face paint are strictly prohibited and will result in a cleaning fee. We want to keep these pieces pristine for the next celebration.
We only deliver to residential addresses. But we love a park celebration! If you decide to take an rented piece to a park, keep in mind that most parks do not provide electricity. Since our inflatables require a blower to stay "Instagram-ready," you will need to provide your own generator or battery. Also, please check with your local park department regarding permits for decorative inflatables.
