At One, Two, Celebrate, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your experience. Whether you are purchasing a forever piece or renting for a weekend of magic, here is how we handle refunds in a way that is fair, joyful, and well-documented.

INFLATABLE SALES (PURCHASES)

FINAL SALE & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of our collections, all inflatable sales are Final Sale. Because our collections are limited-edition and made-to-order, all retail sales are final at the moment of purchase. We are unable to pause or cancel production once your order has been successfully processed. Please double-check your measurements and theme selection before checking out!

QUALITY GUARANTEE (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS)
We inspect every inflatable with love, but we know life (and shipping) happens. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will make it right immediately.
We offer free replacements or full refunds for:

Manufacturing defects (seams, printing, electrical).

Items damaged in transit.
How to claim: Email care@onetwocelebrate.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the damage and a brief description of the damage.
Note: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper setup (e.g., wind damage, sharp objects) or normal wear and tear.
REFUNDS
Once your quality claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EXCHANGES
Because our inflatables are produced in limited runs based on pre-orders, we do not hold extra inventory for exchanges. If you have a quality issue, we will replace the specific item or refund you if stock is depleted.

INFLATABLE RENTALS (MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD)
We understand that plans can change. To ensure your date is secured while providing flexibility, we use the following tiered policy:

EARLY CANCELLATION (More than 48 hours before your event)
At this stage, only your 20% non-refundable retainer has been processed.

Outcome: 20% RAINCHECK CREDIT. * Details: We hold your retainer as a credit valid for 1 year from your original event date. No further balance will be charged to your card.
LATE-STAGE CANCELLATION (Within 48 hours, up to 7:00 AM on event day)
At this stage, your full balance has already been processed for logistics and scheduling.

Outcome: 80% REFUND + 20% RAINCHECK CREDIT. * Details: We will refund the 80% balance immediately to your original payment method. The 20% retainer is saved as a Raincheck Credit valid for 1 year.
POST DELIVERY (After 7:00 AM or once the inflatable is delivered)
Once our team has begun the delivery route or the unit is set up, the service is considered complete.

Outcome: FINAL SALE / NO REFUND. * Details: Due to fixed logistics and setup costs, we cannot offer refunds or credits once the magic has been delivered.

REFUNDS
Once a refund is approved for eligible rental cancellations, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
