A: We create reusable, designer-quality inflatable decorations that elevate any celebration. Our inflatables are limited-edition, easy to set up, and designed to complement balloon decor, not replace it.

Q: Are these like pool floats?

A: Nope! Our inflatables are designed specifically for party decor. Think of them as stage-worthy, photo-perfect pieces, crafted with custom shapes, luxurious finishes, and thoughtful details. They’re lightweight, elegant, and easy to use, whether indoors or outdoors.

Q: Do your inflatables replace balloon decorations?

A: Not at all. They enhance balloon decor! Pair our inflatables with balloon garlands, florals, or backdrops to create magical, high-impact setups that take less time to install and more time to enjoy.

Q: Are the inflatables reusable?

A: Yes! That’s part of the magic. Each piece is made to be inflated, deflated, and stored for use again and again. It’s a sustainable way to celebrate, and a smart investment for decorators and party lovers alike.

 

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Q: When will I receive my inflatable?


A: Our inflatables are made-to-order during a special 3-day ordering window. After that, they ship in about 8 weeks. We promise they’re worth the wait, magical, reusable, and crafted just for you!

Q: Why does it take 8 weeks?

A: We don’t mass-produce or keep warehouse inventory. Instead, we place orders with our partner manufacturer in China only after the cart closes. This slow design model helps reduce waste, support quality, and keep your inflatable truly exclusive.

Q: How will I know when my inflatable is shipping?

A: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item ships. We also send updates during production so you’re never in the dark.

​

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Because each inflatable is made just for you, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your selection before purchasing!

SETUP & CARE

Q: How do I set it up?

A: It’s easy! Plug it in with the included blower, tie it down using the anchor points, and you’re party-ready in minutes. No helium. No stress. Just wow.

​

Q: What do I need to secure it outdoors?

A: Each inflatable comes with anchor points. We recommend using sandbags, stakes, or tie-downs (available as add-ons or in our accessory shop) for windy or outdoor setups.

​

Q: How do I store it after the party?

A: Deflate, fold gently, and place in the included storage bag. Store in a cool, dry place. We also offer optional storage upgrades and labeling kits for pro decorators!

Q: What happens if it gets damaged?

A: Small scuffs or punctures can be repaired using our Inflatable Repair Kit (available in the shop). For larger issues, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
