Q: Are these like pool floats?

A: Nope! Our inflatables are designed specifically for party decor (think "sewn fabric," not "sealed plastic"). They are stage-worthy, photo-perfect pieces crafted with luxurious finishes and thoughtful details.

Q: Do your inflatables replace balloon decorations?

A: Not at all. They enhance balloon decor! Pair our inflatables with balloon garlands, florals, or backdrops to create magical, high-impact setups that take less time to install and more time to enjoy.

Q: What kind of material are these made from?

A: Our inflatables are made from high-quality, PU/PVC-coated Oxford fabric or PVC tarpaulin—waterproof, fire-retardant, and free of toxic substances like lead or phthalates. Each one is triple-layered for strength and safety.

Q: Are your inflatables safe for kids to play on?

A: They are safe to be around, but they are not designed for play. Our inflatables are decor pieces, not toys or bounce houses. Please keep children from climbing, jumping, or bouncing on them to ensure the safety of your little ones and the longevity of the decor.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Q: When will I receive my inflatable?

 

A: Our inflatables are made-to-order. Once our short ordering window closes, production and shipping take about 8 to 10 weeks. We promise they’re worth the wait!

Q: Why does it take 8 to 10 weeks?

A: We don’t mass-produce. We use a "slow design" model, placing orders with our specialized manufacturing partners only after the cart closes. This reduces waste, ensures high quality, and keeps your inflatable truly exclusive.

Q: How will I know when my inflatable is shipping?

A: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item ships. We also send updates during production so you’re never in the dark.

Q: What is your return policy? 

A: Because our inflatables are limited-edition and made-to-order specifically for you, all sales are Final Sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we 100% stand behind our quality—if your item arrives defective, we will fix it (see below!).

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Because production begins almost immediately after the window closes, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your measurements and selection before purchasing!

SETUP, CARE & CLEANING

Q: How do I set it up?

A: It’s easy! Plug it in with the included blower, tie it down using the anchor points, and you’re party-ready in minutes. No helium. No stress. Just wow.

Q: Are your inflatables hard to set up alone?

A: Not at all. They're lightweight and designed for solo decorators or busy parents. Just plug in the blower, let it inflate, and secure with tie-downs—setup usually takes 5–10 minutes.

Q: Does the blower need to stay on?

A: Yes! These are "constant air" inflatables, meaning the blower must run continuously to keep the structure inflated. 

​

Q: What do I need to secure it outdoors?

A: Each inflatable comes with anchor points. We recommend using sandbags, stakes, or tie-downs (available as add-ons or in our accessory shop) for windy or outdoor setups.

​Q: How do I clean my inflatable?

A: Gently wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap diluted in water. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives—your inflatable is made with coated fabric that resists dirt and moisture, so a quick clean is all it usually takes. Let it dry fully before folding for storage.

​

Q: How do I store it after the party?

A: Deflate, fold gently, and place in the included storage bag. Store in a cool, dry place.

Q: Is it okay to get the inflatable wet? 

A: Yes! The material is waterproof and designed to handle outdoor use. Just make sure it’s fully dry before packing it away to avoid mildew.

Q: How stable are the inflatables in wind?

A: Very! We include reinforced nylon anchor points, internal/external tie-downs, and zippered air seals to hold their shape. However, for safety and to protect the fabric, we recommend packing up if winds exceed 15 mph.

Q: How are your inflatables made?

A: Each one is stitched by skilled workers using industrial sewing machines—not mass-produced on an assembly line. After production, every inflatable is inflated and tested for shape, seams, zippers, and color before shipping.

SUSTAINABILITY & REUSE

Q: Can I reuse it for multiple events?

A: Absolutely. Each piece is designed to be inflated, deflated, and reused many times. Our materials are made for durability and our designs are timeless—perfect for repeat celebrations or for decorators who want sustainable alternatives to one-time-use props.

A: We take a "Quality over Quantity" approach to parties:
