RENTAL AGREEMENT
By checking the "I agree" box and completing this reservation, the Customer ("You") enters into a legally binding agreement with One, Two, Celebrate LLC (“Company”). This agreement governs the rental of decorative inflatable products (“Equipment”) and replaces the need for a physical signature.
Customer acknowledges that the Inflatable is for decorative purposes only.
It is NOT a bounce house or a play structure.
It is NOT designed to support weight.
Climbing, hanging, sitting, jumping, or riding on any Equipment is strictly prohibited.
Customer assumes full responsibility for preventing misuse and supervising children at all times.
Delivery Zone: Service is provided only within Montgomery County, Maryland.
Drop-off Window: Delivery occurs between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the date of reservation.
Placement: Equipment will be dropped off at the front porch (or previously designated area) in a storage bag containing the inflatable unit, blower, ropes, and stakes.
Pickup: Occurs between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the date of reservation.
Customer Readiness: Customer must have the Inflatable deflated, dried, and repacked in its storage bag prior to 7:00 PM. A $50 fee applies if the Inflatable is not ready for the driver at pickup time.
Wait & Return Fees: If the driver arrives and the equipment is not repacked or accessible, the Company reserves the right to charge a Wait Fee of $1.00 per minute or a Return Trip Fee of $50.00.
Overnight/Extra Day: If we are unable to retrieve the equipment during the 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM window due to a lack of access, you will be charged for an additional day's rental fee.
The Customer is solely responsible for:
Manual Setup: One, Two, Celebrate LLC provides delivery only. You are responsible for carrying, inflating, and anchoring the unit.
Surface: Must be a flat, level surface (grass, turf, pavement, or carpet). Setup on rocky, thorny, or jagged surfaces is strictly prohibited.
Power: A dedicated electrical outlet must be available within 50 feet of the setup area.
Immediate Inspection: Upon arrival for pickup, the Company driver will perform a visual inspection and take time-stamped photos of the condition.
Reporting: Any visible damage, mud, or prohibited items (confetti/glitter) found will be noted immediately in our system.
Replacement Value: If an item is lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged, the Customer agrees to be charged the full replacement value (see Section 6).
The Equipment you are renting is professional-grade, custom-designed, and limited edition. In the event of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the Customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost of the item(s) as listed below:
Note: Replacement costs cover the custom manufacturing, international freight, and limited-edition design rights of One, Two, Celebrate! exclusive inventory.
Strictly Prohibited: Silly String, confetti, glitter, slime, food, drinks, or face paint in or around the unit.
Cleaning Fee: A minimum $50.00 cleaning fee will be automatically charged if the unit is returned with mud or any prohibited items listed above.
Retainer: A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date and specific equipment.
Final Balance: The remaining 80% balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery date.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made up to the delivery window time are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking cost.
Weather Raincheck: Cancellations made by 7:00 AM on the event day due to inclement weather are eligible for a refund of the final balance; however, the 20% retainer will be retained as a Raincheck credit valid for one year. No refunds or credits of any kind are issued once delivery has occurred or after 7:00 AM on the day of the event.
No Refunds after Delivery: Once delivery has occurred, no refunds or credits are issued for any reason.
Weather Interruptions: Your safety is our priority. If winds reach 15 mph or if it begins to rain, you must unplug the blower and move it to a dry area immediately. Please note that no refunds or rainchecks are issued for weather interruptions once the equipment has been delivered.
Customer explicitly authorizes One, Two, Celebrate LLC to charge the credit card used for the initial retainer for any additional costs incurred, including:
Damage repairs or full replacement (up to $1,500).
Cleaning fees ($50+).
Wait fees ($1/min) or return trip fees ($50).
Unpaid balances (80%) not settled 48 hours prior to delivery.
These charges may be processed immediately upon discovery of damage or loss.
Waiver: Customer releases Company from all liability for injuries resulting from misuse, unsafe behavior, or improper supervision. Customer assumes all risk for operation.
Indemnification: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold One, Two, Celebrate LLC harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the equipment.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
By completing this booking, you grant One, Two, Celebrate LLC permission to photograph the inflatable setup for marketing purposes unless you opt-out by emailing us prior to the event date.
